Senior Account Manager

Join a team that puts people at the center of everything. At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it's about connecting humans with humans. We're a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company — fully remote from anywhere in Latin America.

You'll join a fast-growing U.S. digital marketing agency that works exclusively with established pest control companies — operators doing $1M+ in annual revenue. The agency more than doubled its team in the past year and is on track to grow revenue by 50%. As more high-retainer clients come on board, delivery gets more complex — and client retention is now the biggest lever on the company's growth.

As a Senior Account Manager, you own the client relationship and the results. You lead a dedicated pod of SEO, PPC, UX, and content specialists, and your clients should feel they're working with a top-tier strategy consultant who knows their business and their marketing. You report to the Account Director, mentor the Account Managers, and have a clear path to Account Director and, from there, VP of Client Services.

What Success Looks Like (12 Months)

- 90%+ annual client retention across your book, with churn risk identified and acted on 60–90 days before a client would leave.
- Client NPS of 80+, with a 90%+ survey response rate.
- A strategic recommendation presented to every client at each Executive Business Review (EBR).

What You'll Do

- Client ownership and retention.

Own a growing portfolio of high-retainer clients as the single strategic owner of each relationship. Raise churn risk early, escalate high-risk save conversations, and lead expectation resets — saying “no” when needed to protect results, margins, and team focus.
- Pod leadership. Be the central point of accountability for your pod. Set priorities from client goals and business reality without micromanaging specialists, and make sure what ships matches what was sold.
- Scope and pricing. Hold scope boundaries with clients, and flag scope or pricing changes to the Account Director, who makes the call.
- Executive Business Reviews. Run each client's EBR: work out the real problem behind their results and make a clear case for what to do about it.
- Communication. Turn performance data into clear narratives and next steps, and keep clients informed, calm, and confident — even when results fluctuate.
- Mentoring. Be the Account Managers' first stop when they face a hard client situation.

What You Bring

- Typically 6+ years in account management, client services or agency leadership, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing a $1M+ book of business (or equivalent), and a proven record of retaining high-value clients.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing: SEO, PPC, CRO and content.
- Advanced or fluent English (C1+),

excellent communication, and experience with U.S. clients in a startup or fast-growth environment.
- You handle difficult conversations directly and stay calm under pressure — you don't avoid conflict.
- You work out the real problem instead of passing client requests along, and you own results instead of just “doing strategy.”
- You follow through, juggle multiple priorities without chaos, work without waiting for direction — and never stop learning.

How You've Learned Marketing

- Strongly preferred: you've read books on marketing — especially the fundamentals of direct marketing.
- You can name marketers you've learned from, and explain what you learned.
- You've spent real money on marketing, ideally your own, and can go deep on at least one area. Certificates alone aren't enough.

Nice to Have

- Experience in performance marketing or growth agencies.
- Familiarity with pest control or other home-services businesses.
- Experience in pod-based or autonomous team structures.

Salary & Perks

- Competitive Pay: We hire top talent and compensate accordingly.
- A quarterly retention bonus on top of base pay, with eligibility starting after six months.
- Full-time, long-term independent contractor engagement, immediately available.
- 100% remote from LATAM, Monday to Friday in U.S. Central business hours.
- Unlimited PTO (two-week minimum encouraged) and professional development support.

Ready to apply? We'd love to hear your story. The next step is a short application where you can share more about your background and upload your resume in English. Take your time — we read every response carefully.
