Our client is looking for an experienced graphic designer with leadership skills who oversees digital design projects and team workflows, combining hands-on design with managing reviews and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct design projects from concept to completion, on time and to client expectations
- Develop design strategies with creative and marketing teams
- Create digital assets: social graphics, banners, infographics and newsletters
- Establish branding standards across digital platforms and campaigns
- Act as liaison between designers and clients on concepts and feedback
- Run design reviews and give constructive critique
- Manage multiple projects at once and oversee external vendors
Required Skills
- 4+ years of industry experience, working both collaboratively and independently
- Strong portfolio showing creativity and technical skill
- Deep understanding of composition, typography and color theory
- Graphic design experience with a digital focus, ideally in leadership roles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign) and Figma
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Agency experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills in english (both written and verbal)
