About the Role

Are you an experienced developer passionate about document capture, workflow automation, and enterprise solutions?

We’re looking for a Senior TotalAgility Developer to contribute to large-scale document capture and process automation projects. This role focuses on hands-on implementation and customization of Tungsten TotalAgility (formerly Kofax TotalAgility/KTA), combined with practical .NET development experience.

You’ll collaborate with architects, technical leads, project managers, business analysts, and client-side engineers to deliver reliable technical solutions within an established team.

We’re open to both mid-level and senior developers who can demonstrate relevant TotalAgility experience and a strong technical background.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Implement and customize Tungsten TotalAgility solutions.
- Develop and execute assigned technical tasks using .NET.
- Collaborate with architects, lead engineers, project managers, business analysts, and client-side technical teams.
- Participate in technical discussions and understand business requirements.
- Estimate development tasks and contribute to project planning.
- Follow established technical direction and development best practices.
- Deliver high-quality work reliably within a larger technical team.

✅ Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience implementing or customizing Tungsten TotalAgility (Kofax TotalAgility/KTA).
- Practical professional experience with .NET development.
- Ability to execute assigned development tasks independently and follow technical direction.
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements.




- English proficiency sufficient to understand technical discussions and participate in client meetings when needed.
- A verifiable technical background demonstrating specific TotalAgility projects, responsibilities, and developed functionality.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

- Senior-level: Approximately 10+ years of overall experience, ideally with substantial hands-on TotalAgility experience.
- Mid-level: Approximately 3–9 years of overall experience with relevant TotalAgility exposure.
- Experience with alternative document capture platforms, such as Ephesoft or ABBYY.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Git and build automation.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Angular, SOAP/REST, or enterprise content and document management solutions.
- Experience in vertical solutions such as accounts payable, mortgage, or insurance.
- Exposure to machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- Technical leadership, mentoring, or project leadership experience.

Please note: Hands-on TotalAgility implementation or customization experience is a key requirement. Experience with Kofax Capture alone is not the primary focus of this position.

? Compensation (Direct Contractor): 76,000 MXN – 83,000 MXN Net Monthly
