At Cognisap, we are looking for a Bilingual (English & Spanish) ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) based in Mexico to partner with enterprise clients, optimize business processes, and drive solution deliveries aligned with platform best practices.
Key Details:
- ? Location: 100% Remote (Mexico-based)
- ? Job Type: Full-Time (Contractor / B2B)
- ?️ Languages: Bilingual English & Spanish (Mandatory)
- ✈️ Travel: Occasional U.S. travel (up to 20%). Valid U.S. Visa and Passport required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client workshops to define as-is/to-be processes and gather requirements in English and Spanish.
- Develop functional specs, process flow diagrams, and Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and support UAT testing.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Requirements:
- Education: BA/BS Degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in IT business process analysis and optimization.
- Core Focus: Proven functional expertise on the ServiceNow platform.
- Preferred: Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
