About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong ServiceNow implementation background to lead enterprise AI deployments for integral customers.

This is a highly customer facing consulting role where you will lead discovery workshops, design scalable technical solutions, architect enterprise integrations, and guide customers through complex ServiceNow and AI transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable AI-driven solutions that integrate ServiceNow with multiple enterprise applications.
- Define API interaction patterns, authentication flows, data mappings and integration architectures.
- Design conversational experiences, AI agents, user journeys, and workflow automations to deliver intuitive end-user experiences.
- Oversee end-to-end solution design, from discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
- Create and present architecture diagrams, solution proposals, prototypes, and technical recommendations to enterprise stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development and implementation teams, ensuring adherence to architecture standards and best practices.




- Develop hands-on expertise in the Moveworks platform through technical training and enterprise implementation projects.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, ServiceNow consulting, enterprise implementations, or technical consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- Proven experience implementing at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SAM Pro, Employee Center, SPM, etc.).
- Experience leading enterprise software implementations and customer-facing consulting engagements.
- Proven experience designing and implementing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of API authentication mechanisms including OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, and SSO.
- Experience working with JSON and XML payloads.
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms
- Excellent customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC processes.

Engagement Terms

- This is an Independent Contractor engagement for professionals based in Mexico.
- Services are provided on a project-by-project basis under mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Engagements are outcome-based and measured against agreed deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- There are no fixed working hours, and contractors maintain autonomy over their work schedule.

This engagement is non exclusive.

Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, statutory obligations, insurance, and benefits in Mexico.
