The Senior Accountant is part of our Global Accounting and Tax team. This role oversees Stori’s integral operating expenses and plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and process excellence.

The Senior

Accountant will manage expenses and intercompany transactions, partner with department leads to analyze spend and variances, and lead month-end close activities. The position will also support audits, while driving process improvements and scalable automation across the accounting function.

Responsibilities

- Manage all company operating expenses across Clara/Coupa/NetSuite.
- Partner with department leads to review spend, explain monthly variances, and support budget vs actual analysis.




- Lead month-end close activities for operating expenses, including accruals, prepaids, and reclasses

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in general accounting and month-end close—preferably in Big 4, fintech, or financial services
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP system
- Experience with Coupa or similar procurement system
- Previous experience consolidating financial statements and managing the general ledger
