As our Surrogate Coordinator, you'll walk alongside each surrogate from pregnancy through birth and beyond, making sure she feels supported, informed, and respected at every step. You'll be her advocate, her point of contact, and the person who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks, from a missed appointment to a delayed payment to a worry she hasn't said out loud yet.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

1. Looking after the surrogate: body, mind and dignity. You'll build a genuine, trusting relationship with each surrogate, checking in regularly to understand how she's doing physically, emotionally and socially. When something feels off, you'll spot it early, bring in the right support (medical, psychological, nutritional), and escalate quickly to the right people. Her wellbeing is always the starting point for every decision.

2. Keeping the whole journey running smoothly. Appointments booked and confirmed. Briefings given clearly and on time. Birth plans, hospital admissions and discharge arrangements coordinated, whether planned or very much not. Payments, reimbursements and entitlements fulfilled in full. You'll be the connective tissue between the surrogate and our Clinical, Finance, Operations, Member Services and legal teams, and you'll keep the IP Experience team informed so everyone moves together.

3. Seeing it through to a proper close. Your job doesn't end at birth. You'll coordinate post-delivery care, legal documentation and formal offboarding, gather her feedback, and make sure she leaves the programme feeling valued, with the option to stay part of the MSJ community through our Ambassador Programme.





Behind all of this, you'll keep accurate records, follow our SOPs, and help us improve how we care for every surrogate who follows.

Work Environment

- Based in Mexico City.
- You'll work closely with the Clinical, Member Services, Operations, Finance and IP Experience teams, plus our legal partners.
- Occasional flexibility for urgent or out-of-hours support, particularly around births.
