? What You'll Do

As a key member of the Systems Reliability Engineering team, you will:

✅ Manage production incidents and operational issues across critical Retail Technology platforms.

✅ Lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts to minimize business impact and maintain high service availability.

✅ Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions that improve long-term platform stability and reliability.

✅ Support production releases, service transitions, and operational readiness activities.

✅ Drive automation and observability initiatives that reduce manual effort and recurring incidents.

✅ Partner with engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to identify risks and continuously improve platform performance.

✅ Champion operational excellence and SRE best practices across application and infrastructure environments.

? What We're Looking For

✔ 6+ years of experience in:

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Application Support

Production Support

Infrastructure Operations

Retail Technology

Platform Operations

✔ Strong experience managing complex production incidents in enterprise environments.

✔ Proven expertise in:

Incident Management

Problem Management

Change Management

Root Cause Analysis

Production Support Operations

✔ Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, automation, and modern engineering practices.





✔ Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications, infrastructure, or customer-facing platforms.

✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
