Education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- English Fluent.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B1 level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, Computrabajo, and other sourcing tools.

General Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for current job openings.
- Serve as the main point of contact between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process in alignment with company values.




- Conduct candidate sourcing through job boards and professional networking platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and pre-employment medical examinations.
- Collect and validate documentation for employee files.
- Support internal recruitment campaigns in collaboration with the Internal Communications team.
- Participate in onboarding activities, including completion of hiring documentation.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and position it as an employer of choice.
- Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire the best talent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a professional and people-centered approach.
