As we continue to grow across North America and Latin America, we are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist.

This is a fully remote role that combines talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment with operational and administrative support. You will play a key role in attracting top technology talent, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, supporting hiring managers, and helping ensure the smooth execution of various operational activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Proactively source and engage IT professionals across North America and LATAM using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidate shortlists.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment reports, and ATS data.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through start date.

Operations & Project Support

- Support internal projects by coordinating meetings,



tracking action items, and following up with stakeholders.
- Assist with consultant onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, and general operational processes.
- Help monitor project and recruitment-related activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and help drive operational efficiencies across the business.

Administrative & Business Support

- Maintain internal documentation, databases, and reporting trackers.
- Coordinate communications across recruitment, PMO, finance, and business teams.
- Support HR, marketing, and leadership teams with administrative and operational initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are followed through to completion.
- Provide ad hoc support for business operations in a fast-paced, international environment.

What we're looking for

- Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, HR operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related field.
- Proven ability to source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.




- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion.
- Availability to work within and collaborate effectively across the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may change quickly.
- A mindset focused on ownership, accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
