We are seeking a Tech Lead.

This role will be based in Mexico City. Hybrid 3x2

As a Tech Lead, you will collaborate closely with architects, developers, and operational staff to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business goals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation, leading developer groups focused on delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions primarily using the MEAN/MERN stack.

What you need to have :

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Comfortable being 80% hands-on in development activities.
- Strong hands-on experience with MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) or MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stacks.
- Proficient with relational databases such as SQL and PostgreSQL, and non-relational databases like MongoDB.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform, preferably AWS.
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Advanced Level of English is a Must

We will count on you to :





- Lead and mentor developer groups, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Act as a hands-on contributor for approximately 80% of the time, driving development efforts in MEAN/MERN stack applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant software solutions using relational (SQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Architect and implement cloud-based solutions, preferably on AWS, ensuring robust, scalable infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment automation.
- Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions using Datadog to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and operations to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team.
