Telesales Bilingual Assistant

Telesales assistant is responsible for generating new business leads profiles through various channels including inbound, outbound and webforms as part of a 2step process that will be transferred to a licensed agent to continue with quote and sale.

Responsibilities

- Contact and qualify leads through phone calls.
- Comply with lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Generates lead profile.
- Transfers potential leads to a licensed agent.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients.




- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet key performance indicators.

Requirements:

- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong communication and active-listening skills
- Basic computer skills
- At least 1+ year of call center experience (Must)
- Sales experience (Must)
- You must be available to work full-time.
