Position Purpose

Lead and coordinate training, employee development, and competency management initiatives to ensure a skilled workforce, support business objectives, and maintain compliance with training requirements.

Requirements

- Advanced English
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience overseeing a team of Trainers
- Knowledge of training plans, competency matrix, and employee development programs
- Experience coordinating internal and external training activities
- Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Mexican training regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with LMS or training management systems
- Experience supporting leadership and succession development initiatives
