B1-Team is looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementation projects for US-based clients. We are seeking a hands-on functional expert who can independently manage the complete implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
• Conduct discovery sessions and gather business requirements.
• Configure Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehouse Management modules.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations.
• Lead functional workshops, user training, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate technical consultants and developers when required.
• Serve as the main functional point of contact for US clients. Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Proven experience leading at least 2 complete ERP implementations.




• Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Business Central.
• Advanced English (C1 or equivalent), both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and work during US business hours.
• Currently residing in Latin America. Nice to Have
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification (MB-800).
• Experience with US accounting and financial processes.
• Experience working for Microsoft Dynamics implementation partners.
• Power BI, Power Automate, and third-party integrations.
