Paid Media Manager
Join a team that puts people at the center of everything. At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it's about connecting humans with humans. We're a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company — fully remote from anywhere in Latin America.
You'll join a fast-growing U.S. digital marketing agency that works exclusively with established pest control companies — operators doing $1M+ in annual revenue. The agency more than doubled its team in the past year and is on track to grow revenue by 50%. Paid media is how its clients get predictable lead flow — so as volume grows, every account has to keep producing qualified leads at an efficient cost.
As Paid Media Manager, you own the Google Ads performance of 8–12 client accounts — real budgets, inside a mature system that values data and judgment. You report directly to the CEO, work alongside Account Managers, creatives, and the funnel strategy team, and have a clear path to Senior Paid Media Manager.
What Success Looks Like (12 Months)
- Cost per qualified lead on non-branded Google Ads meets or beats the comparable Local Services Ads CPQL, capped at $150, in 80%+ of accounts.
- Budget discipline: spend at or below 103% of approved budget and at least 90% deployed, in the large majority of client-months.
- Quality Score of 7+ (impression-weighted) on non-branded keywords, plus offline conversions and live Customer Match lists — each in 80%+ of accounts.
- Every client gets a yearly budget recommendation and lead-volume projection — and 80%+ approve both in writing.
What You'll Do
- Campaign strategy and execution. Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max, with daily optimization across your accounts — operating inside predefined guardrails while spotting and recommending growth opportunities.
- Budgets. Pace every account against its approved budget, document client-approved changes, and treat client money with discipline — no wasted spend.
- Analysis and reporting. Work in Google Ads, GA4, Google Sheets, and dashboards, with CallRail as the source of truth for qualified leads and HubSpot for lead quality. Explain why performance changed, not just what changed.
- Client communication. Join client calls or emails when needed and translate performance into plain-language recommendations.
- Process and quality. Keep campaign structure, naming, tracking and UTMs clean; maintain offline conversions and Customer Match lists; and contribute to SOPs and playbooks.
What You Bring
- Typically 6+ years managing Google Ads for B2C lead generation, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing $200K+ in monthly ad spend, or equivalent responsibility.
- Expert-level Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), strong GA4 and Google Sheets,
and a track record optimizing for CPL efficiency and lead quality.
- Advanced or fluent English (C1+) and experience working with U.S. clients.
- You enjoy owning numbers — and you protect lead quality instead of chasing vanity metrics.
- You dig into data instead of guessing, and you respect budgets and guardrails.
- You surface issues early, work without step-by-step instructions, own your mistakes, and keep teaching yourself new tools.
How You've Learned Marketing
- Strongly preferred: you've read books on marketing — especially the fundamentals of direct marketing.
- You can name marketers you've learned from, and explain what you learned.
- You've run paid campaigns with real money at stake, ideally your own. Certificates alone aren't enough.
Nice to Have
- CallRail or other call-tracking platforms, and HubSpot as a CRM or lead quality source.
- Agency experience managing multiple accounts at once, and building SOPs or scalable paid media systems.
- Familiarity with home services or local lead generation.
Salary & Perks
- Competitive Pay: We hire top talent and compensate accordingly.
- An annual raise of 5%–10% based on performance.
- Full-time, long-term independent contractor engagement — immediately available.
- 100% remote from LATAM, Monday to Friday in U.S. Central business hours.
- Unlimited PTO (two-week minimum encouraged) and professional development support.
Ready to apply? We'd love to hear your story. The next step is a short application where you can share more about your background and upload your resume in English. Take your time — we read every response carefully.
