SENIOR CONCEPT DESIGN ENGINEER

Location TLAQUEPAQUE, JALISCO

YOUR TASKS

- Develop innovative concept and design solutions for automotive products, assemblies and components, considering functionality, manufacturability, quality and cost targets.

- Create and optimize 3D CAD models, technical documentation and detailed designs throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, evaluate technical feasibility and drive design decisions.





- Perform engineering analyses including tolerance studies, DFMEA activities and design validations to ensure robust product performance.

- Support prototype builds, testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives by integrating test results into product designs

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.

- Experience in product design and development within the automotive industry, preferably involving plastic or electromechanical components.

- Strong proficiency in 3D CAD tools and engineering drawing creation, including GD&T; and tolerance analysis.

- Knowledge of DFMEA, validation processes, quality tools and automotive product development methodologies.

- Advanced communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multidisciplinary environment
