We’re looking for a self-directed Business Analyst who can lead projects from start to finish and turn business information into clear, practical recommendations.Projects may span multiple areas of the business, so you’ll need to get up to speed on unfamiliar topics quickly. This role is equally focused on project management and data analysis. Strong ownership and follow-through are essential, but expert-level technical skills are not required.This is equally project management and analysis. Neither half is the junior one. What You’ll Do Own projects end to end — you decide what the project is, who needs to move, and when it’s finishedChase commitments from people who don’t report to you, and escalate when they slipAnalyze operational, financial, customer, product, and market data for trends, gaps, and risksWrite the recommendation, defend it, and own what happens nextWrite short, clear documents leadership can make a decision fromRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For3+ years experience in business analysis, project management, operations analysis,



or a similar roleA track record of independently leading projects from start to finishAt least one recommendation leadership acted on because of your analysisAbility to read and interpret business data and draw practical conclusionsComfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze information; advanced SQL or BI expertise is not requiredExperience holding people accountable who don’t report to you — chasing commitments, escalating, pushing back on scopeClear and concise written and spoken EnglishSelf-directed and comfortable working in a remote environmentBased in Latin America or EuropeAvailable Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM U.S. Central Time Nice to Have Background in SaaS, technology, data services, real estate, or another complex business environmentExperience improving processes or introducing operational efficiencies Not a fit if your work has mostly been gathering requirements, running ceremonies, maintaining dashboards, coordinating delivery, or producing reports someone else interprets.
