Build and develop a high-performing regional finance team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.What We're Looking For10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within complex multinational organizations. Strong background in:Commercial FinanceFP&ASupply; Chain FinanceLogistics and OperationsCapital Investment EvaluationBusiness Partnering with senior executivesProven success influencing leaders across multiple countries and functions in a matrix environment. Expertise in:Financial modelingBusiness case developmentScenario planningROI, IRR, and value-realization analysisAdvanced analytics and digital toolsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA and/or CPA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred. Fluent English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.
