Job Description

A leading company in the automotive sector is looking for a passionate and experienced purchasing professional to join our team. If you have a proven track record of negotiating with suppliers and managing the supply chain within an automotive environment (OEM or Tier 1), we want to hear from you!

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years of purchasing experience in the automotive industry. Previous experience with an OEM or a Tier 1 supplier, or prior background as a Purchasing Team Leader or Manager, is highly preferred.

• Languages: Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Technical Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is required.

• Experience in automotive program management or APQP/PPAP is a strong advantage.

• Core Competencies:

• Expertise in supplier sourcing, RFQs, and supplier selection.





• Robust price negotiation and cost-management skills.

• Proven experience in supplier management and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and selection process for automotive suppliers.

• Manage RFQs from end to end, ensuring competitive pricing and strict alignment with quality standards.

• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to support program deadlines and production requirements.

• Monitor supplier performance and manage ongoing supplier relations.
