About The Role
As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will report to the US to collaborate in the US and Canada to apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties. This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. What do you need? Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Nice to have
