The Healthy Planet analyst is a specifically confirmed need for this engagement — a specialized role focused on population health management within Epic. Even a single strong candidate in this area is a standout in the pipeline and will have immediate visibility with the end client.## Must-Haves* Epic certification or proficiency in Healthy Planet (Epic's population health management module)
* Hands-on experience configuring care gap identification, patient registries, population health dashboards, or quality measures within Epic
* Familiarity with value-based care models, population health strategies, or quality reporting programs
* Strong English proficiency — professional-level verbal and written communication for daily collaboration with US-based teams and hospital clients
* Based in Mexico or Costa Rica, available to work full-time from a secure, on-site office
* Valid US visa or passport — travel to Madison, Wisconsin for Epic certification training is required## Nice to Have* Experience with HEDIS measures, quality reporting, or regulatory compliance programs
* Background in public health, health informatics, or clinical quality improvement
* Prior experience with Epic analytics tools (Cogito, Reporting Workbench, or SlicerDicer)




* Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards
* Experience working with US-based clients or in a nearshore delivery model
* Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field## What You Will Do* Configure and maintain Epic Healthy Planet workflows — including care gap logic, patient registries, population health dashboards, and outcomes tracking
* Partner with quality improvement and population health teams to build analytics and reporting solutions within Epic
* Support the configuration of quality measures aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements
* Troubleshoot Healthy Planet application issues and implement sustainable solutions
* Participate in testing cycles — unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing
* Develop and maintain documentation and workflow materials for end users
