You will manage customer complaints, lead investigations, and coordinate warranty processes, acting as the quality focal point for customers.The role requires experience with APQP/PPAP, FMEA, SPC, VPI, Lean/Six Sigma, and strong cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Controls, and Supply Chain.
Advanced English is preferred.
