Production ManagerFully On-SiteProduction ManagerType of Work (On-site) Ramos ArizpeDate of Publication : October ****Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations for whole manufacturing process, including scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation to meet production targets and customer requirements.Lead and develop a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.Your position:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of production activities with overall business objectives.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency, implementing measures to optimize performance and drive operational excellence.Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost optimization, leading initiatives to implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices.Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and services.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce lead times, and increase overall customer satisfaction.Policy and strategy implementation for short‐term results (1 year or less).
