Key Responsibilities:
Manage direct material planning and procurement to ensure uninterrupted production.
Coordinate supplier performance, delivery follow-up, and supply continuity initiatives.
Optimize inventory levels while balancing customer service and working capital objectives.
Analyze demand forecasts and support SIOP/IBP planning processes.
Resolve material shortages and drive proactive risk mitigation actions.
Support new product launches, engineering changes, and supplier readiness activities.
Coordinate inbound logistics and transportation activities, including import/export support.
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on inventory, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Procurement, or Inventory Management.
Experience managing suppliers, inventory control, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI.
Proven leadership experience managing teams.
Advanced English proficiency.
