Regal Rexnord is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Leader for our Veracruz operations. This onsite role oversees multiple shifts in a precision machining environment, driving SQDC metrics and leading supervisors and production staff.
The idóneo candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, with a Master's or MBA and Lean/Six Sigma training considered highly desirable. Knowledge of LFT/NOM-STPS and MRP/ERP systems is preferred.
