Senior Security Automation Engineer at BairesDev As a Senior Security Automation Engineer, you will drive the integration of security controls and threat modeling into our engineering ecosystem. You will act as a key driver for automating security workflows, ensuring that scalable defenses and robust monitoring are embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

What You'll Do
• Design, build, and maintain automated security testing and monitoring workflows to streamline threat detection and response.
• Perform threat modeling and security architecture assessments to proactively identify and mitigate infrastructure risks.
• Oversee vulnerability management processes and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure a secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).




• Implement and optimize robust platform security measures, including identity management and encryption standards.
• Develop automated systems to detect, triage, and respond to security incidents and compliance anomalies in real time. What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Security Automation, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting and building security automation workflows.
• Proven expertise in threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
• Solid understanding of cloud and container security, IAM, and encryption.
