Your Mission:
Program & Operations Support
: Coordinate follow-ups platforms integration and International-based team. Track open items, owners, deadlines, and flag what's stuck.
Meeting-to-Action Follow-Through
: Turn discussions and decisions into clear next steps, then follow up to help ensure they get done.
Data & Reporting
: Pull, clean, and organize spreadsheet data into accurate reports on funnel activity, portfolio metrics, and other priorities.
Escalation Triage
: Handle routine issues within your scope, document and escalate problems that need a manager's attention, and look for recurring patterns that may point to a larger issue.

The Bilingual Communicator
: You have working fluency in English and Spanish. You'll coordinate with Spanish-speaking partners and report in English with international team.

AI Reporting:
You are
eager to use AI tools
to summarize information, create or refine spreadsheet formulas, and streamline routine reporting. You
verify AI-generated results
for accuracy and handle sensitive information carefully.
Spreadsheet-Comfortable:
You can create a clear tracker and prepare a reports in Excel or Google Sheets with accuracy and care.

Base Salary:

Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
