Position Summary This role supports Private Destinations in Mexico recruitment operations and talent acquisition team.
The Manager will support the Director of Talent Acquisition on process enhancement, performance management, and project delivery.
The Manager leads the performance management of recruiting professionals supporting aligned functional areas to ensure operational objectives are achieved through defined processes.
The manager is responsible for providing monthly reporting or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 2 years working experience in international hospitality and/or travel industry Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety of Microsoft software packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of automated human resources systems preferred including JD Edwards Knowledge of the shipboard organization preferred.
Knowledge of world geography, time differences and demographic Strong Excel skills required.
Ability to analyze large datasets and report relevant findings.
High attention to details Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.




Ability to solve complex problems with a variety of variables.
