Lead the execution of the Learning hires talent; and oversees onboarding, calibration, and high/low-performance management within the region.
- Shares responsibility with other regional Learning Managers for best practices and cross-functional initiatives, and presents decisions and results to leadership up to three levels above.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field - Experience working with cross-functional teams - Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics - Speak, write,



and read fluently in English - Experience building and managing teams - Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments - Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions, or experience performing ad hoc analysis using advanced Excel - Knowledge of general AI tools - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience focused on Adult Learning Theory, including
1) virtual training facilitation and dealing with remote teams, and
2) delivering Soft Skills, Technology Skills and/or Technical or other Systems training - Experience with creating
