We are currently searching for a Lead Technical Program Manager:

Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks for the organization.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams,



proactively identifying signals before incidents occur.
- Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.
- Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling and flows).
- Expertise in PowerApps (custom application development).
- Advanced Power BI skills (reporting, dashboards, and DAX).
- Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desired:

- Experience with Azure services and integration with Dataverse.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Background in Business Intelligence (BI).

Languages

- Advanced Oral English.
- Advanced Spanish.
