Responsible for failure analysis and maintenance of defective products returned by customers and on-line tested;
Assisted related departments to analyze and improve defective products, and completed temporary tasks assigned by leaders;
Summarized and analyzed the data of defective products, and promoted the improvement of the front end department;
4, repair, maintenance, spot inspection repair tools (such as heat gun and soldering iron, oscilloscope, etc.);
Read circuit diagrams, analyze electronic wires, dissolder various types of plug IC, chip and other electronic components, familiar with digital and analog circuits;
Complete detection, diagnosis and maintenance of circuit board faults, and solve difficult technical problems;
Responsible for product maintenance analysis, process control and improvement,



and output FA analysis and process improvement report;
Assist r&d;, production, quality and after-sales technical support, complete product anomaly analysis and treatment;
Lead and guide maintenance technicians to achieve expected work objectives.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Engineering
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: More than 5 years of working experience in SMT and PCBA Process.
LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY: Fluent in communication and writing
COMPUTER USAGE: Proficient in using office software (Word,PPT,EXCEL)
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Leadership, effective communication, teamwork.
