Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Software Engineer with deep expertise in backend development to join our engineering team. In this role, you will drive the architecture, design, development, and optimization of backend services and distributed systems built with Java , Spring Boot , Kafka , web services, and databases. These systems play a critical role in managing, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of high-speed broadband delivery platforms .
Responsibilities
Analyzing business and technical requirements to design scalable backend solutions. Evaluates technologies choices discussing tradeoffs and benefits.
Problem solution address ambiguos problems, able to define the problem and the solution.
Developing robust, secure, and high-performance APIs
