Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation for a variety of roles.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and define recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize recruitment technologies and social media platforms to enhance outreach.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Stay updated on talent acquisition trends and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Proven ability to source and recruit candidates across various industries and levels.
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and various recruitment tools.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a remote setting.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
