About the Role
Our client, a leading HR consulting firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment efforts in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve the effectiveness of hiring processes.
Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top-tier candidates and position the organization as an employer of choice.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
