A multinational manufacturing company is looking for an Assistant Plant Controller for its Matehuala plant. We need someone analytical who doesn't stop at the report: someone who reviews the numbers, spots what doesn't add up, and gets to the root cause.
Responsibilities Review results for reasonableness, identify questionable variances, and investigate root causes.
Prepare weekly and monthly plant performance analysis, including production and plant loss reporting.
Prepare weekly and monthly cost analysis for areas such as maintenance and transportation.
Support plant planning processes with variance analysis and commentary.
Support plant budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor compliance with procedures and internal controls related to plant operations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of related experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
Experience with JD Edwards. SAP FICO is a plus.
Advanced English.
Strong analytical skills.
Open to candidates willing to relocate to Matehuala.
