Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior Product Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components, enabling a repeatable build pipeline.
This is a senior, systems-first role focused on velocity and quality: stand up new systems quickly, across multiple brands, with rigorous consistency and precision.
