Some of the Responsibilities: Lead projects of diverse scope and high complexity: manage project roadmap, facilitate project planning, run brainstorming sessions, prioritize projects and features
Partner with stakeholders to develop workflow, project plans, proof of concepts, operating procedures and instructional training materials required for the evaluation and adoption of new processes and technologies
Ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces; develop functional specifications and deliver in a successful and timely manner
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to ensure the success of your projects through entire lifecycle including: ideation,



pilot, prototype and operationalization.
Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related experience required
5+ years of Retail and project management experience
Sterling OMS and its functions in an omni-fulfillment environment
Understanding of microservice architectures at a very high level
Shipping Methods and Logistics
Innovative, entrepreneurial and forward-thinking
Experience working with the below is a strong advantage over other candidates: Rithum (marketplace/dropship integrator)
