We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Accounts Payable Analyst , based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, to become a member of our Fronius México Team.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Ensure portfolio recovery on time.
Verify that invoices have been uploaded to customer portals and comply with customer requirements.
Track and resolve outstanding collection issues.
Collaborate with the finance team in the identification and application of deposits in the ERP system.
Send account statements and ensure clients receive them in a timely manner.
Prepare and follow up on clients' credit applications with the credit insurance company.
Generate payment complements and complete all customer-required procedures to ensure their correct receipt and processing.
Prepare periodic reports, statistical data, and support accounting activities as required.
We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Willingness to travel.
Excel knowledge (70–80% proficiency).
Intermediate to Advanced English (Advanced level preferred).
