Customer Success Specialist – Telecommunications We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support enterprise customer relationships, service delivery, and technology implementations within the telecommunications industry. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring service performance, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer communications, expectations, and service follow-ups.
• Coordinate project schedules, installations, and service implementations.
• Monitor network health, tickets, incidents, and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate escalations and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Support service reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Required Qualifications




• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• 4–6 years of customer-facing experience in Project Management, Presales, Customer Service, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications
• Telecommunications industry experience, preferably in a Network Operations Center (NOC).
• ITIL Foundation, PMP, CCNA, or CCDA certification. Additional Requirement: Flexibility to work occasional weekends and after-hours as needed.
