We are looking for a Junior Business Development Representative based in CDMX to support B2B growth through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activities. This role is idóneo for a driven sales professional with strong cold-calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships in a fast-paced environment. You Have
• 1.5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Strong experience in cold calling and lead prospecting within a B2B environment.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage leads, customer relationships, and sales pipeline.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand products and services.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). You Will
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.




• Develop strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client needs and requirements.
• Proactively identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks that may impact satisfaction or product usage.
• Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
• Manage a high volume of customer and prospect interactions via phone and email, with the majority of communication being outbound.
• Collaborate closely with your team and management to ensure a professional and consistent customer experience.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all customer and prospect data is accurate and up to date.
• Execute sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, customer advocacy, and contract renewals.
• Work as part of a sales team and report directly to a Sales Manager.
