Located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the VP, Program Management. This role goes beyond execution — it requires someone who can connect project delivery with financial performance, optimize investment decisions, and provide leadership with actionable business insights.
You will serve as a key partner to Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time but also maximize ROI and business value. What a typical day looks like:
* Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex projects and strategic initiatives
* Ensure alignment between business strategy, financial goals, and project execution
* Establish and oversee project governance frameworks and KPIs
* Own project financials include: + Budget planning and forecasting + Cost tracking and variance analysis
* Partner with Finance to ensure financial discipline across all projects
* Drive data-backed investment decisions and prioritization
* Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance metrics




* Translate large datasets into clear insights and recommendations
* Work closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
* BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
* Experience in Electronics Industry.
* Strong experience in Project / Portfolio Management.
* Strong communication skill (English and Spanish).
* Strong background in financial analysis within project environments.
* Proven experience managing large budgets and complex portfolios.
* Advanced expertise in: Financial modeling (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting), Data analysis and visualization tools.
* Ability and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
* Experience with demanding clients.
