Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements across client projects, product teams, and engineering. You will run discovery, map processes, and write user stories with acceptance criteria to ensure deliverables meet goals.
You will work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, shaping scope and estimates for new projects while collaborating with product managers, UI/UX teams, and QA to ensure
