CASE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR — CLAIMS PROCESSING

Are you the person who notices the missing detail, tracks every commitment, and makes sure important work actually gets finished?

Euclid File Solutions is hiring Mexico-based professionals to coordinate financial claims for U.S. clients. This opportunity suits someone who is exceptionally organized, learns quickly, and enjoys combining careful administrative work with real conversations and relationships.

Important:

This is a Claims Processing position, not a document-only administrative job. You will begin as a Trainee Claim Processor and spend substantial time communicating with clients by phone.

ABOUT THE WORK

Our team helps U.S. clients pursue financial claims, including claims involving unclaimed property. Success often depends on obtaining the right supporting records, keeping clients informed, accurately managing each case, and ensuring that unresolved requests never get forgotten.

You will own the everyday client communication and administrative follow-through that moves claims forward. Specialized legal questions and decisions are escalated to leadership; you are not expected to act as an attorney.

POSITION DETAILS

- Location: Fully remote, for applicants residing in Mexico.
- Availability: Approximately 40 hours per week, coordinated with U.S. business hours and client needs.
- Starting compensation: $1,050 USD per month during the initial 60-day paid training and qualification period.
- After day 60: Anyone selected to continue advances automatically to Junior Claim Processor at $1,350 USD/month, effective day 61. Continuation is performance-dependent.
- English:

C2-level or equivalent near-native professional spoken and written fluency is required.
- Training: Structured TalentLMS coursework, practical assignments, supervised client work, and coaching.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY

- Build real client relationships. Speak with U.S. clients by phone, establish trust, listen carefully, explain requirements, handle concerns, and help clients feel informed throughout lengthy claims processes.
- Obtain missing documentation. Explain which records are needed and why, identify what's preventing a client from providing them, offer practical help, and agree on specific next steps.
- Follow through consistently and respectfully. Make proactive outbound calls, revisit outstanding requests, and follow up on client commitments rather than letting stalled cases sit untouched.
- Handle administrative requests. Complete forms, navigate websites, request supporting records such as birth or death certificates, and ensure information is entered accurately.
- Manage a substantial caseload. Track claims at different stages, prioritize deadlines and client needs, maintain visibility into what's blocking each case, and move work forward.
- Maintain excellent CRM records. Document conversations, update statuses, record commitments, create tasks with realistic due dates, organize documents, and keep the next action clear.

- Provide regular client updates. Keep clients informed even when no new decision has been received; explain only what is verified and avoid making promises about outcomes or payment dates.
- Use judgment and elevate appropriately. Coordinate with teammates and authorized outside parties when needed. Escalate unfamiliar legal issues, documentation discrepancies, and confidential-information requests instead of guessing.

This is a demanding, highly interactive position. Much of your day will involve phone conversations, repeated follow-ups, detailed CRM work, documentation requests, and solving practical problems. Some clients will be frustrated, slow to respond, or uncertain about what they need to do.

Experienced processors manage approximately 130–160 claims at different stages. That may include roughly 80 submitted claims requiring ongoing client updates and another 50–80 cases needing more active documentation and follow-up. New team members build toward this mature workload gradually through training and supervision.

You will not be judged by how busy you appear. What matters is whether you communicate well, keep accurate records, consistently honor commitments, and make responsible progress on your assigned cases.

This is not a quiet data-entry position, a traditional inbound-only call center, or a role where you can simply wait for clients to contact you. If you dislike frequent calls, repetitive follow-ups, or being accountable for many ongoing tasks, this is unlikely to be a good fit.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Outstanding English: C2-level or demonstrably equivalent near-native fluency.
