Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Design Systems Designer to own how our client design systems are built, distilling a brand and reference sites into tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a repeatable pipeline.
You bring 4+ years of web design with real design system work, fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout, and variants, and a portfolio showing the same rigorous approach across diverse client brands.
