We are looking for a React Native Architect

(We are not looking for React developers with mobile development experience or someone who has worked on React Native and manager skills.)

Must have:Must-Have Requirements

- 8-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Must demonstrate recent, hands-on React Native experience building and shipping production applications.
- Demonstrated architect-level depth in React Native, including sound understanding of React fundamentals, component and state design, and performance.
- Prior experience as a technical lead (or equivalent), including ownership of governance, standards, and delivery. Senior-level individual contributor experience alone is not sufficient.
- Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience sufficient to build and troubleshoot native modules and platform integrations.




- Proven experience building and automating deployment pipelines.
- Practical experience implementing state management solutions.
- Ability to write working, well-structured code and complete a hands-on technical assessment.
- Ability to clearly structure, explain, and defend technical reasoning to engineers and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading and mentoring remote engineering teams across time zones.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience writing bridge code (Kotlin or Swift native modules)
- Published NPM packages or open-source contributions
- Hands-on React Native performance optimization experience
- Experience leading a native-to-React Native migration
