We're looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals and recruiters based in Mexico City to support talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations at Alignerr, powered by Labelbox. You'll help identify qualified professionals, develop effective sourcing strategies, engage potential candidates, and support recruitment initiatives across a range of specialised projects. Your experience will help us connect the right talent with the right opportunities while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting processes. This is a fully remote, freelance contract opportunity for professionals who enjoy working independently, building relationships with candidates, and contributing to talent acquisition initiatives in a fast-paced AI environment. Mexico City's role as a major hub for tech, business, and nearshore talent makes it a strategically important location for this role. What You'll Do
Source and Identify Qualified Talent Research and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, internal talent databases, and other sourcing channels. Develop targeted searches to find professionals whose skills and experience align with project requirements. Engage Candidates Conduct personalised outreach to prospective candidates, communicate relevant opportunities, and build relationships with professionals across different industries and areas of expertise. Evaluate Candidate Profiles Review professional backgrounds, skills, experience, and qualifications to assess alignment with project requirements. Identify promising candidates and help prioritise profiles for further consideration. Support Recruitment Initiatives Manage sourcing activities across multiple projects, maintain candidate trackers, monitor outreach results, and follow up with candidates to support recruitment goals. Collaborate With Internal Teams Work with project stakeholders and internal teams to understand talent requirements, refine sourcing strategies,



and identify opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes. Improve Recruiting Processes Identify opportunities to optimise sourcing workflows, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations. Contribute ideas that help make talent acquisition processes more effective and scalable. Who You Are
• An experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or Talent Sourcer with a strong understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Skilled in identifying and engaging qualified professionals through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Experienced in reviewing candidate profiles and evaluating professional qualifications against specific requirements.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other talent sourcing tools.
• Able to manage multiple sourcing activities, maintain organised candidate records, and follow up consistently.
• An effective communicator who can build professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and adapting to changing recruitment priorities.
• Interested in supporting talent acquisition initiatives within the technology and AI ecosystem.
• English proficiency is an advantage for navigating platform tools and communicating with integral stakeholders. Relevant Expertise Experience in one or more of the following areas is particularly valuable. Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Full cycle recruiting, recruitment coordination, candidate screening, talent acquisition strategy, and candidate relationship management. Talent Sourcing Outbound sourcing, talent mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, professional networking, and targeted candidate outreach. Technical Recruiting Recruiting software engineers, data professionals, AI specialists, machine learning engineers, or other technical and specialised professionals. Recruitment Operations Candidate tracking, recruitment workflows,



stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and recruitment reporting. Talent Engagement and Growth Candidate engagement, recruitment campaigns, talent community development, user acquisition, and contributor activation. Recruiting Technology and Automation Applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics, workflow automation, and AI-powered recruiting tools. What You'll Work On You'll support recruitment initiatives designed to identify and engage qualified professionals for opportunities across Alignerr. Candidate Sourcing Identify professionals whose backgrounds and skills match specific project requirements, using targeted searches and relevant sourcing channels. Candidate Outreach Create and execute outreach initiatives to introduce opportunities to prospective candidates, encourage engagement, and build talent pipelines. Candidate Evaluation Review candidate profiles, assess relevant experience, and identify individuals who meet the requirements of different projects. Recruitment Coordination Maintain accurate sourcing records, monitor candidate responses, and coordinate with internal teams to support recruitment activities. Process Improvement Help identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, and recruitment workflows. Good to Know
