We are seeking a technically skilled, analytical professional to support financial technology operations in a high-volume transactional environment. This role combines FinTech and payments knowledge with data analytics, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to investigate transaction discrepancies, resolve system issues, and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze high-volume transactional data to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and determine root causes.
• Use SQL and Python to query, manipulate, and analyze large datasets and support technical investigations.
• Troubleshoot payment processing issues, data inconsistencies, system integrations, and transaction workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Investigate data flows across databases, APIs, financial systems, and integrated platforms.
• Identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvements in system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Document findings,



technical issues, and solutions to support ongoing operations and prevent recurring problems. Qualifications
• Experience in FinTech, payment processing, financial services platforms, or other high-volume transactional environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience analyzing and troubleshooting complex datasets.
• Experience working with databases, APIs, data integrations, and financial or transaction-processing systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently to investigate issues and support day-to-day technical operations. Preferred Background Candidates with experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Technical Operations are particularly well suited, especially those who have supported payment systems, financial platforms, or transaction-heavy workflows.
