QAD is seeking a Senior Support Engineer, MO, to deliver expert technical support for QAD and Progress products from a fully remote location in Mexico. You will diagnose complex issues, manage escalated cases, and contribute to general knowledge with detailed documentation and training materials.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in enterprise product support, strong English (C1), and solid Progress/QAD experience.
