Job Description
Serve as the primary customer contact for quality-related issues, ensuring timely response and resolution. Coordinate the implementation of containment actions both inside and outside the plant and lead cross-functional teams through the problem-solving process, utilizing structured methodologies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality concerns and issues.
- Coordinate and monitor containment activities within the plant and at customer locations as required.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during problem-solving activities.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action implementation using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, PDCA, DMAIC, etc.).
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers regarding quality issues and resolution status.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience Requirements
1+ years in quality areas within automotive industry (Wire harness or experience with Ford is a plus)
