Reserva Huakal in Malinalco, State of Mexico, seeks a dedicated professional to open and run the spa. You will translate the wellness concept into concrete treatments, rituals and room protocols, building the initial team and shaping the daily rhythm in collaboration with the General Manager.
You will design schedules and flows, set bookings, and work with Food & Beverage to integrate wellness across the guest stay, while tracking occupancy, inventory and retail performance.
